Buyer rules
Read these rules before buying. The terms shown on the listing and at checkout apply to each order; see the order for its exact deadline.
Coverage follows the refundable label on the listing and order; a discount or zone name alone does not mean an item is refundable.
Covered orders can be extracted and checked automatically at no charge during the refund window. Orders without coverage do not qualify for this refund path.
An item clearly found invalid by the check is refunded at its paid item price to the available balance. Valid and inconclusive items are not refunded automatically.
For malformed, incomplete, or mismatched delivery, submit evidence for the specific item before the deadline. Review may end in a refund, replacement, or rejection.
The refund deadline is recorded on the order. The deadline on that order controls eligibility.
A change of mind, a clearly disclosed wrong region, an item accepted elsewhere, or problems after sharing the credential are outside coverage.
Use “Problem with order” on the order to reach inspection or a refund. General and deposit questions can go to support.

When you can file an item claim
- Already used on first reveal — The external validation page shows already used or unavailable the first time you open the packet.
- Unrecognized or malformed secret — The packet length is wrong, it contains invalid characters, or the validation page rejects the format.
- Region, currency, or packet mismatch — The delivered item differs from the order snapshot.
- Empty or incomplete delivery — The delivered packet is empty or is missing a required field.
Not covered
- You changed your mind
- You chose the wrong region after it was clearly shown
- You request a refund after the item was accepted
- A problem arose after sharing the secret with someone else
These situations generally cannot establish a defect present before delivery. Once a credential is disclosed, its non-use is also difficult to prove.
How to apply
- Submit before the refund deadline shown on the order. Each completed order keeps its recorded deadline.
- Upload an uncropped checkout-page screenshot showing the address bar, time, and complete error.
- Submitting immediately freezes settlement of this seller payment.
- The seller may respond with evidence. Support reviews the facts and an administrator decides.
- A decision may refund or replace the item, or reject the claim. Refunded items are quarantined; the decision and reason appear in the refund details.
The order's recorded deadline controls. Inspect promptly after disclosure or use.
What we do not promise
- Inventory is not promised to be real time. The marketplace shows the latest update, and stock may be sold before checkout.
- Human support is not promised around the clock or within a fixed resolution time. Cases are queued; follow their status in support.
- External acceptance is not guaranteed. Regional and account policies are outside our control; confirm the listed region before buying.
